HARTLAND, Wis. (August 2, 2012) – ESI Group, a nationwide full-service engineering and construction firm, received a copy of US Foods 2012 Commercial Real Estate Award. The Austin Business Journal hosted the program and accepted nominations from local area town chambers. US Foods Distribution center was nominated and selected for making a significant economic impact in the town of Buda.
ESI completed the project in the fall of 2011 and is honored to see this outstanding 291,000 square foot facility featured. It was designed with an array of sustainable qualities as well as full expansion capabilities in all areas. The main office area features a Culinary Innovation Center for customer training and product demonstrations. In addition the project is currently pursuing LEED certification.
