ESI Group breaks ground for Frick’s Quality Meats Expansion

Hartland, Wis. – ESI Group USA is a nationally accredited design-build engineering and construction management firm specializing in the food industry.  ESI completed the design and is currently under construction of Phase 1, a Ready-to-Eat process expansion, and Phase 2 a finished goods cooler.  Both phases will be complete next summer.

Continued growth in the Ready-to-Eat Marketplace especially in the natural and organic areas will allow additional opportunities to this plant in Washington, Missouri.  According to Dave Frick, president of the company, Frick’s launched its natural line earlier this year and has plans to add a line of organic products in the future.
