CraftMark was the 2017 recipient of Refrigerated & Frozen Foods Frozen Foods’ Processor of the Year Award. ESI Design Services was selected to design the original 225,000 square foot project bakery build-out in 2014. The FSMA-compliant bakery is home to top-quality baking equipment, personnel, and IT infrastructure to help this supplier of frozen bakery products carry out a culture of continuous improvement.
More recently ESI Design was contracted to perform the design for a 226,000 square foot expansion that would increase the building by 50%. The 8-week design project included three new production rooms, a freezer, palletizing area, engine room, office space and employee welfare areas.
