All-Natural Sausage Plant Expansions
Jones Dairy Farm – Fort Atkinson / Wisconsin
ESI Group completed multiple projects for this Wisconsin based all-natural sausage and pork manufacturer. Initially, a 68K sq. ft. addition with high efficiency concepts and designs were utilized for stainless steel walls, urethane floors, a central ammonia refrigeration system, and hygienic air units.
Then came a 14K sq. ft. interior renovation for new cook lines that included a new electrical room and stairway addition.
