ESI Group was selected to design and construct a facility expansion as well as renovate the existing facility in South Florida. The scope included an expansion of the existing refrigerated dock, a warehouse expansion including freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas, new mechanical and electrical rooms, an office building addition, and expansion of the central ammonia refrigeration system for the main facility. All work was performed while maintaining a fully operational facility for US Foods.
