Vistar Grows Into Single Distribution Center

ESI Group completed a 121,685 square foot renovation by combining twin-tenant spaces to produce a single food distribution center for Vistar.  A third of the warehouse became new refrigerated space to enclose a 36-degree cooler and a -10-degree freezer.  Dock levelers and shelters were replaced along with an exterior ramp to improve employee safety and workflow.
