What Our Clients Say

“Our project is an example of what can be accomplished by a group of talented individuals.”

Norm Engle

“Finally, we have a facility where we can work professionally and productively and take our business to a new level. We couldn’t have done this without ESI’s commitment and support. I cannot tell you how grateful we are that you stood behind us, took up the challenge, and helped us get where we are today.”

John Szurek
US Foods

“If it hadn't been for ESI, we probably wouldn't have built it. It's 2020 with COVID going full strong. No one really knows what's going on in the world." ESI says, “We've been through this thoroughly, and we'll be fine.” "If it wasn't for their confidence, we probably wouldn't have done it.”

Tom Bazemore
Frick's Quality Meats

“ESI brought skills and commitment to this project that were major contributors to its success. The overall quality of the finished product is evident to all that visit and work in the facility.”

Mike McCormick

“Not only would Imperial Trading recommend ESI Group to another food service company, but we also hired ESI Group back to expand our Bossier City distribution warehouse.”

Henry Saacks
Imperial Trading Company

“I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Lewis over that past few years. Not only did I learn a lot, but the operation could hardly tell that there was a ton of work happening. Lewis is a great communicator and always pulled everyone together so no one was left out on what was going on and when it was going on. His hard work and dedication was appreciated and will be missed.”

Alan Moon
Ben E. Keith Foods

“We have worked with ESI Group on various projects for over 15 years. Our recent facility in Shawano, WI marks our fourth beautiful facility on a greenfield site to go along with numerous expansions in that timeframe. We continue to improve and refine our standard building specifications with help from ESI Group’s team. Our partnership history speaks to our ongoing satisfaction with ESI Group as we look forward to a continued relationship with them for years to come.”

Jeff Williamson
Performance Food Group

“Our New Mexico Product Move went off really well. We got all the product moved over to the new Distribution Center ESI built and we were able to resolve any issues. We verified every slot and were able to do 800 letdown (stocking the pick where the product is selected from) before shipping on Sunday night. Thanks for a great building and all you have done!”

Roy Markham
Ben E. Keith Foods

To date this is one of several projects with ESI and we are pleased to have a long-term partnership with a firm that shares similar values and a vision to be the leader in customer service.”

“Having worked in the Engineering / Architecture industry for ten years, my expectations for ESI’s performance on our project were high. ESI has surpassed them by managing a highly complex project in a very organized professional manner while keeping us on budget and schedule. Very well done!”

Michael Pahud

“ESI’s project management capabilities demonstrate how they take pride in the quality of their work, safety of their jobsites and the satisfaction of their customers, vendors, and suppliers. When ESI turned a quarter century in 2016, Jeff Bertelson and Terry Fredericksen retired.  Brad Barke and John Dohogne will carry on the legacy they helped build by using the latest technologies available for the design and construction industry, investing in employees who want to broaden their industry knowledge, and most importantly continue providing a high level of service to our clients.
