Leading Distributor Expands Facility in Tampa

ESI Group designed and is currently constructing a 182,000-square-foot renovation that includes a 95,000-square-foot warehouse expansion, all while keeping the existing facility fully operational throughout the 36-month construction schedule.

Across from this distribution facility, construction is also underway on a Truck Maintenance Facility (TMF) that will include a fuel island and truck wash—helping keep our client’s fleet on the road and delivering food to their customers.
