ESI Group’s experience constructing in California and established partnership with UNFI played a vital role in being selected as the design-build firm for a 450,000 square foot food distribution facility. Using sustainable practices, following CALGreen Building code and LEED green building program this facility is UNFI’s ninth LEED Gold® facility.
