ESI Group completes the design and construction of a new 300,358-square-foot food distribution facility for US Foods. This greenfield project spans 40.1 acres and features 136,000 square feet of cold storage, a two-story office complex, and a 12,626 square feet truck maintenance facility. Designed for future growth, the site includes infrastructure to allow for expansion up to 500,000 square feet.
