Martin Brower – East Point

Sygma, a subsidiary of Sysco, opens cold storage food distribution facility to serve the Kentucky area and beyond.

Ben E. Keith – Selma

ESI Group achieves LEED Silver® for Ben E. Keith’s Texas food distribution facility. This location features a stunning 45,000 square-foot two-story office structure. The freezer and dry storage areas feature Dematic’s Multishuttle automation system for expanded SKU’s.

US Foods, Inc. – Aurora, IL

ESI Group is nearing completion on a 300,358 sq. ft. US Foods Food Distribution Facility in Aurora, IL. This greenfield project spans 40.1 acres and includes 136,000 sq. ft. of cold storage, a two-story office space, and a fully equipped Truck Maintenance Facility. With advanced cold chain infrastructure and room for a 277,140 sq. ft. future expansion, this facility is built to support US Foods’ growing logistics operations.

US Foods, Inc. – Lexington

ESI Group expands distribution by adding a rail dock at US Foods South Carolina location. This project allows US Foods to grow business in this area.

Confidential Meat Client – Midwest

ESI Group has started the construction for a 250,000 square foot 1,200 head per day beef harvesting and processing plant in Illinois.

Performance Food Group – Shawano

PFG partnered with ESI Group to design and construct a multi-use distribution facility capable of distributing food and designed for the owner to rent out office space, conduct product demonstrations and hold training sessions simultaneously all without disruption of its core operations.

US Foods, Inc. – Albuquerque

ESI Group completed the design and construction of a 133,435 sq. ft. food distribution center in Albuquerque, NM. The facility includes over 105,000 sq. ft. of cold storage, energy-efficient ammonia refrigeration, and sustainable features such as waste-heat recovery and xeriscaping. Built to support modern cold chain logistics, this project reflects ESI’s commitment to performance and innovation in the food distribution industry.

United Natural Foods, Inc. – Gilroy

ESI Group designs and constructs UNFI’s west coast LEED Gold® food distribution facility.

US Foods, Inc. – Sacramento

US Foods, Inc. selected Sacramento as a vital location to expand their foodservice operations. The greenfield facility sits on 31 acres in the McClellan Business Park, which will be a central location for US Foods to continue serving independent restaurant operators across the region.

United Natural Foods, Inc. – Lancaster

ESI Group renovates existing UNFI facility to increase frozen food capacity in Texas.
