Bobby Degregorio is promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development after a successful tenure as Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, he will continue to lead the firm’s business growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and spearhead efforts to expand ESI Group’s presence in key markets. Michele Loppnow is promoted to Director of Marketing from Marketing Manager. Michele has been a key part of ESI Group’s success for nearly 17 years. During her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies. Michele’s contributions have been integral to our growth, from driving brand awareness to implementing successful campaigns. In her new position, she will oversee all marketing efforts, including branding, digital initiatives, public relations, and market research, while ensuring that all marketing strategies align with the firm’s long-term goals. Josh Baumann is promoted to Chief Financial Officer after serving as Accounting Manager for the past three years. As a Certified Public Accountant, Josh has a strong track record in financial operations, excelling in cash-flow management, project costing, and maintaining the financial health of ESI Group. Josh will oversee the firm’s financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management in his new role.
