ESI Group begins construction of Ben E. Keith Distribution Center

ESI Group secured by Ben E. Keith as design-build partner for Greenfield DC in Texas.

Hartland, Wis. – ESI Group USA is a nationally accredited design-build engineering and construction management firm specializing in the food industry.  ESI provided design services for the 563,000 square foot Food Distribution Center and began moving dirt on the Greenfield site in March.

Continued growth in this region made the 80+ acre site mutually beneficial for the city and for Ben E. Keith, a broad line food and beverage distributor, who expects to bring an estimated 700 jobs to the area.  As a result the city has approved ongoing housing projects to support the goal of offering affordable housing to those that work in the community.
